Hello there ! Me (zenofeller, aka zeno) and Chet wanted to take the time and thank you all.

So you like Asylum, the novel. So do we. We've loved it ever since it was a baby, made out of a few disjointed paragraphs. For the sake of romanticism, we'll go as far as to say, we've loved it ever before that. And so we've worked at it dilligently for a year, that it may have form.

And when it was done, and ready to meet the world, what a welcome it received. Thousands sold on pre-orders, thousands sold since then, really. Your love shows.

It impressed us so much we thought the least we could do is try and read it out loud. We did a little of that, and will do more.

Recently, we've took the step of making the text available on-line, for free. That, because we're not a corporation, and we're not out to squeeze money out of this book. Or out of you. You love us, heck, it's the least we could do.

Sure, the business of selling books has these days became a race to sell the worst goop to the most people. Who says we have to run in that race ? So we're not. If you didn't feel like spending the twenty for a hardcopy, that's fine. Enjoy it anyway. The trees sure will.

So then you've started telling people about it. That's great. There's a little catch however. You can't be telling about it to PEOPLE YOU DON'T KNOW. What sense does that make ? They aren't going to appreciate the message, and they're more than likely to come over and complain. Ocasionally curse at us, too.

You don't really want that, do you ? So then. Love it all you want, tell everyone you want, but. Please. Limit yourself to people you actually know ? Okay ?
