The Cabal called, apparently you sending me e-mail is the Internet's top problem at the moment.
Not Ukrainian spammers. Not Chinese spammers. Not "I living in my country Which is nIgeriA". None of that. The main resource drain seems to be, for the time being, the 97,552,167,202 emails waiting to be deleted in various inboxes. That's ninety-seven billion. To which, 1,971,558,524 were added yesterday, That's almost two billion. On the average over the past week, 16.5 billion emails travelled all over the internets to bury themselves in my endless storage. While I wrote this, no less than 41,311,736 new pieces arrived - hey, I write fast - and were dully stored, not counting currently open connections (838,221). Obviously, I will read all of that. No, seriously. But untill I do, the Internet is threatened with extinction, and I am persuaded to do something about it. Because you know what ? At this moment, the Internet Traffic Report index for North America is 46. That's right, under half. Less than average historical values for Asia. Europe is at 53. The average packet loss in North America and Europe is over 15%. Compared to 7% in South America, in spite of them using mostly saltwater twine rope connections. That's not it. I've been busy lately because the book I wrote with the girl is getting printed. I had to get the files ready, proofread, typeset, design cover, it takes a while. Everything's mostly done now, and files go to the printer Monday. Consequently, early October the world's greatest book will be available.
